ATK Announces 43% Increase in Earnings Per Share (EPS)
Mark DeYoung says he “appreciates your contributions to ATK’s success”– he should-
It got him a 1260% performance bonus!
You contributed to ATK’s Success...did ATK share with you?
All you got was your wages & pension frozen, your insurance raised, and maybe a Walmart gift card, a free meal, or a turkey. Hardly seems fair does it?
November 7th, 2013:
“Today, ATK reported strong operating results for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2014 (FY14), which ended September 29. I am pleased to report we are executing according to plan, and our activities are aligned with ATK’s Vision and Strategy, which we rolled out in August. (You can find the Vision and Strategy document on the homepage of ATKnet.)”
“During the quarter, the company recorded a 17 percent year-over-year increase in orders; a 7 percent year-over-year increase in sales; and a 43 percent year-over-year increase in EPS. In addition, ATK once again recorded outstanding safety and environmental performance. Congratulations!”
“Overall, we had an excellent quarter, and we continue to return value to our shareholders.”
“Please continue to be safe in all you do, both at work and at home. I appreciate your contributions to ATK’s success.”

“Return value to shareholders” boosts Mark’s salary and bonuses but he doesn’t say anything about sharing any of the boost in profits with LCAAP employees.In fact, they’ve talked about wage cuts– CAN YOU REALLY AFFORD THAT?
REGARDLESS OF THE HIGHLY-PAID “BIG SHOTS” VISITING THE PLANT THIS WEEK SAYING:
“Give us another chance!” Isn't that what they said in 2001, 2003, & 2009 when employees reached out to unions?
APPARENTLYYOU ARE NOT PART OF ATK’S “VISION & STRATEGY”
